Jour 1 : France / Héraklion - Hersonissos
Arrivée à l’aéroport d’Héraklion, prise en charge de votre véhicule de location.
Court trajet vers Hersonissos (environ 25 minutes), station balnéaire réputée pour son front de mer animé et ses plages de sable. Installation à votre hôtel situé en bord de mer.
En soirée, balade le long de la promenade maritime bordée de tavernes, cafés et petites boutiques. Vous pourrez goûter votre premier tzatziki ou moussaka en admirant la mer Égée. Dîner libre et nuit à Hersonissos.
Jour 2 : Région de Hersonissos : plages ou côte sud
Petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Journée libre pour explorer selon vos envies :
Soit direction le sud (1h30 de route) vers Matala, village iconique des années hippies, célèbre pour ses falaises percées de grottes antiques dominant une plage de sable doré. Possibilité de marcher jusqu’à la petite crique de Red Beach aux eaux turquoise.
Soit vous pouvez rester sur la côte nord et profiter des longues plages de sable fin de Stalida et Malia, idéales pour la baignade et le farniente.
Déjeuner libre.
Retour à Hersonissos en fin de journée pour profiter d’une ambiance animée en bord de mer. Nuit à Hersonissos. Dîner libre et nuit à Hersonissos
Jour 3 : Hersonissos & découverte du Vasilakis Estate
Petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Départ vers le Vasilakis Estate (env. 30 min), domaine familial spécialisé dans la production d’huile d’olive extra-vierge.
Visite guidée (1h) de l’huilerie traditionnelle, explications sur les méthodes de production, puis dégustation professionnelle de quatre huiles d’olive aux arômes variés (avec supplément à voir sur place)
Déjeuner libre.
L’après-midi, retour vers Hersonissos avec possibilité de visiter le village traditionnel de Koutouloufari, perché au-dessus de la station et offrant un charme pittoresque, ou le musée en plein air Lychnostatis, dédié à la culture crétoise (avec supplément à voir sur place).
Temps libre en soirée.
Dîner libre et nuit à Hersonissos.
Jour 4 : Hersonissos - Agios Nikolaos
Petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Départ vers l’est de l’île (env. 1h30).
En chemin, possibilité de s’arrêter à Mochlos, petit port de pêche pittoresque, ou au monastère de Faneromeni perché sur les hauteurs, offrant une vue imprenable sur la baie de Mirabello.
Arrivée à Agios Nikolaos, ville au charme romantique, organisée autour du lac Voulismeni, petit lac circulaire relié à la mer par un canal. Installation à votre hôtel (Naiades, Faedra Beach ou Miramare).
Déjeuner libre.
L’après-midi, baignade à Kolokytha, plage sauvage aux eaux limpides, ou flânerie sur le port bordé de cafés.

Jour 5 : Agios Nikolaos & Spinalonga
Petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Matinée dédiée à une excursion en bateau depuis Elounda vers Spinalonga, îlot fortifié par les Vénitiens au XVIe siècle et utilisé comme léproserie jusqu’en 1957. Découverte des remparts, des ruelles pavées et des vues panoramiques sur la baie turquoise.
Déjeuner libre en cours de route.
Après-midi libre avec plusieurs options :
Une randonnée dans les gorges de Richtis jusqu’à sa cascade au milieu d’une forêt luxuriante, ou visite du village traditionnel de Kritsa, réputé pour son artisanat et son église byzantine à fresques.

Jour 6 : Agios Nikolaos - Réthymnon
Petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Départ vers l’ouest (environ 3h de route).
En chemin, arrêt recommandé à la plage de Spilies, petite crique confidentielle aux eaux turquoise et grottes marines.
Arrivée à Réthymnon et installation à votre hôtel.
Déjeuner libre.
Après-midi libre pour flâner dans la vieille ville : ruelles pavées aux façades vénitiennes et ottomanes, petites échoppes d’artisans, port pittoresque dominé par le phare et la forteresse vénitienne offrant une vue superbe sur la mer.
Dîner libre et nuit à Rethymnon.
Jour 7 : Réthymnon et ses environs
Petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel.
Selon vos envies :
Nature et plage : randonnée dans les gorges d’Imbros (faciles d’accès et ombragées) suivie d’une baignade à Frangkokastello, plage bordée par une forteresse vénitienne.
Culture et artisanat : visite du monastère d’Arkadi, haut lieu de la résistance crétoise, puis découverte du village de Margarites, réputé pour ses ateliers de poterie et ses maisons traditionnelles.
Déjeuner libre.
Retour à Réthymnon en fin de journée. Dîner libre et nuit à Rethymnon.
Jour 8 : Réthymnon - Héraklion / France
Petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.
Puis route vers Héraklion (environ 1h30).
Selon l’horaire de votre vol, possibilité de visiter la vieille
ville d’Héraklion, son marché ou le musée archéologique abritant les célèbres
fresques minoennes.
Restitution du véhicule à l’aéroport et vol retour.

The Processing of Personal Data is carried out in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and/or any legislation that regulates, amends or replaces said legislation, collectively referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation" (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data obtained through registration, by automated or non-automated means, are incorporated into an application owned by COTUR. COTUR employees access information in files with password-protected access, the record of which is documented. Changes to existing data in the files are possible with a record of the date of the person responsible for the change. Personal Data are processed with the legally required level of protection to ensure their security and to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology. The CLIENT is aware of and accepts that Internet security measures are not impregnable. COTUR has technical peripheral control infrastructures that comply with security requirements and acts in accordance with the standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Credit card data is used only for payment processing, and after the transaction is completed, it is deleted from our records, except when the CLIENT has authorized us to retain it. For security reasons applicable in certain countries, it is mandatory to include information regarding data such as name, passport number, gender, age, nationality in flight reservations. This information contained in the reservation may, under applicable law, namely based on Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council, be accessed by the competent authorities of the countries of origin or destination, for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection, or repression of criminal offenses or the enforcement of criminal sanctions, and the free movement of such data and Directive (EU) 2016/681 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
COTUR accessing any personal data, undertakes to:
• Protect CLIENTS’ personal data through legally required security measures of a technical and organizational nature in order to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of the technology at any given time, the nature of the data, and the possible risks they are exposed to;
• Use or apply the data exclusively for the purposes duly provided;
• Ensure that the data are used only for the provision of the service, being obliged to maintain the duty of confidentiality. If there is a possibility that the information may be disclosed to third parties, they must be obliged to maintain the proper confidentiality in accordance with what is provided in this document.

The user may consent to COTUR processing their Personal Data for the purpose of determining their profile and offering them suitable products and services. These services may be COTUR’s own or third-party services.
(i) National and international competent authorities in tourism, terrorism, or offenses that violate human rights;
(ii) Any legal entity subsidiary or participated by COTUR or the company that provided the contracted service (hotels, water, land, rail, air transportation company, rental, etc.), so that they can use them for the correct provision of each service requested by the CLIENT.On the other hand, the CLIENT consents to access the information related to the service contracted with COTUR in order to offer additional services to the one contracted. Failure to respond to the data, considered mandatory, will imply the impossibility of accessing the service for which the data were requested. COTUR may disclose CLIENT information to third parties solely for the purpose of completing the requested reservation and for administrative reasons in accordance with the legislation in force for the realization of trips / services to certain countries.
